It may seem like there’s not much good news out there right now, but you should try to find something good to talk about with your partner, especially right before bed time.  A new study out of Gonzaga University found that when couples talk about good news in their lives AND in the world around them before bed, they sleep better. It also improves overall health, life expectancy and even the couples’ sex life.
